U.S. Market Expansion – Outbound Sales Support

Status: Independent, Self-Employed Contractor

Location: Option to work in PMG Offices in Manchester City Centre

Engagement Basis: Project-based service provision

Hours: Contractor chooses hours required to deliver agreed outputs (U.S. time-zone alignment required)

Project Overview

PMG is undertaking a commercial expansion project across the U.S., Caribbean and Canadian markets.

We are seeking an independent telesales contractor to provide outbound prospecting and early-stage commercial engagement services on a project basis.

The contractor will operate as an external business, responsible for determining in partnership how best to deliver agreed outputs, including generating qualified commercial conversations and introducing prospective partners to PMG’s Business Development team.

This is a service-delivery engagement, not an employment relationship.

Scope of Services

The contractor will provide telesales and lead-generation services that may include:

Outbound Prospecting Services

  • Identifying and sourcing potential commercial leads
  • Conducting outbound calls into U.S. markets
  • Initiating commercial conversations with senior decision-makers

Opportunity Qualification Services

  • Assessing suitability of prospects against agreed qualification criteria
  • Introducing qualified prospects to PMG’s Business Development Managers
  • Maintaining a pipeline of opportunities relevant to the project

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
