Hybrid: 3 days in our London Paddington offices, 2 days working from home.
Reporting to: Global Head of Supply
Contract type: Permanent, full time (5 days)
Salary: £60k / year
Working hours: 40 hours a week including a paid lunch hour. We offer flexible start (between 8am and 10am and finish between 4pm and 6pm) times. Due to the nature of this role typical hours will be 10am to 6pm. Some flexibility will be required to join calls outside of core hours with US suppliers and partners.
Travel: Required to travel to the US up to four times a year to oversee productions.

Our team globally has grown to more than 60 people and we're not stopping there, we’re looking for a superstar US Operations Lead to join the journey!
The role:
We are seeking a US Ops Lead to manage and lead all supply chain activities across the US business unit to ensure high service performance, operational efficiency, and effective cost control. The role incorporates supply planning, logistics coordination, supplier performance and working with the wider US sales and marketing teams to deliver agreed service levels while continuously improving operational and financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Service Level Ownership:
- Take full accountability for county-wide supply chain service performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure product availability and on-time delivery targets are consistently achieved.
- Monitor and manage key supply chain KPIs including:
- OTIF (On Time In Full)
- Inventory availability
- Delivery performance
- Stock loss and waste
- Identify and resolve service disruptions proactively.
- Develop contingency and recovery plans to minimise operational risk.
- Collaborate with operational, commercial, and logistics teams to maintain service continuity.

Cost Management & Operational Efficiency:
- Own and manage the US supply chain budget and cost performance.
- Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs while maintaining or improving service levels.
- Control inventory holding costs, transport expenditure, and supplier costs.
- Analyse operational data to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Allocate leads for continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation projects as appropriate within the US Ops team.
- Proactive management and review of our logistics network.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Service level achievement (%)
- OTIF performance
- Inventory accuracy and stock availability
- Supply chain cost vs. budget
- Waste management
- Team engagement and retention
- Continuous improvement delivery
Who you are:
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics or operations management.
- Strong leadership and people management capability.
- Strong financial awareness and a customer-focused approach that drives efficiency and results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience using ERP, inventory and supply chain management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative, engaging, and skilled at managing cross-functional stakeholders and internal teams.
- Adaptable under pressure, skilled at multi-tasking and constantly seeking process improvements.
- Ability to travel to the US four times a year for productions.
