US Tech Recruiter – Take Your Billing to the Next Level

Location: Office Based
Salary: £28000 - £35000 + Uncapped Commission (15–25%)

Are you currently recruiting into the tech market but feel like you’ve hit a ceiling where you are?

Have you built 12–24 months’ experience and now want a clearly defined path to Senior, Principal and beyond — not just vague promises and “we’ll see how it goes”?

I’m working with a genuine market leader in US-focused tech recruitment. Established, highly profitable and structured for growth, this is a business that develops recruiters properly.

With a headcount of circa 20 and ambitious expansion plans, they combine the backing and credibility of a major player with the energy and opportunity of a scaling business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
