The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to grow This Athlete.
You will be responsible for building club and academy relationships, generating leads, and converting families into clients. As the division grows, you will grow with it — with significant opportunity for leadership responsibility and long-term progression.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within the U.S. soccer scholarship market.
- Strong understanding of the American college recruitment system.
- Contacts in the UK schools industry.
- Proven sales ability and confidence in closing deals.
- Entrepreneurial spirit — hungry, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
