🚀 We’re Hiring: USA Tech Delivery Consultants / US Tech Resourcers 📍 UK-based | Flexible / Hybrid | Birmingham office 🇺🇸 Working USA hours 💷 Excellent Salary + Commission

Digital Waffle is growing our US recruitment business and we’re looking to hire two experienced Tech Delivery Consultants / Resourcers to work alongside our US Director.

The important bit upfront:

This isn’t a traditional 9am–5pm UK recruitment role. You’ll be recruiting into the US Tech market, so we need you available when US candidates and clients are actually online. We’re very flexible about how that looks.

Your week could be something like:

  • Monday–Wednesday + Friday: 12pm–8pm
  • Thursday: Shorter day from our Birmingham office to catch up with the wider team

Or you might prefer 2pm–10pm, 4pm–12am, or a mixture depending on the roles you’re working.

We care far more about performance and getting the job done than watching the clock.

What will you actually be doing?

  • 🔎 Sourcing exceptional Tech & Digital candidates across the USA
  • 📞 Speaking with and qualifying candidates
  • 💻 Headhunting passive talent across competitive US markets
  • 🤝 Working closely with our US Director on live vacancies
  • 📈 Building strong candidate networks across the US Tech ecosystem
  • 🚀 Helping us scale what is becoming a major growth market for Digital Waffle

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
