Used Car Coordinator
Salary: Up to 40K (DOE) + Discretionary annual bonus (up to 15%) + Benefits (Insurance, ECOS scheme)
MANDATORY CRITERIA: Candidates must have experience working in the automotive industry, with a large dealer group or an OEM.
Location: London
Work Style: Office-based (100% on-site)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive sales administration, dealer support or commercial operations experience to join one of the industry's fastest-growing brands. My client is looking for a Used Car Coordinator to support key commercial activities across reporting, pricing, customer operations and retailer engagement, helping to ensure the smooth running of the used vehicle function.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple stakeholders and supporting commercial decision-making. You'll gain exposure to pricing activity, stock management, forecasting, retailer communications and wider sales operations, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a growing automotive OEM.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce regular reporting covering vehicle orders, stock levels, forecasting and market performance.
- Support pricing activities across campaigns, promotions and quarterly sales initiatives.
- Coordinate communications between customers, retailers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with vehicle invoicing, allocation and commercial administration activities.
- Support marketing initiatives, events and point-of-sale activities across the retailer network.
- Maintain commercial records, discount structures and operational data.
- Provide support across sales and wider business functions as required.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within the automotive industry, ideally in sales administration, dealer operations, used cars or commercial support.
- Experience working directly with customers and retailer networks.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within the leasing industry would be advantageous.
