Great Salespeople deserve great earning potential!

If you can sell, build relationships and deliver a great customer experience, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for ambitious and enthusiastic Used Car Sales Executives to join our growing team at FOW Winsford – a busy, high-volume dealership selling over 750 used cars every month.

With a strong flow of customers, a huge choice of vehicles and uncapped commission, you’ll have the opportunity to build a successful career and take control of your earning potential.

Our Sales Executives typically have the opportunity to earn £40,000 – £60,000 OTE, and because commission is uncapped, your success can take you beyond that.

Whether you’re already an experienced automotive Sales Executive or you have a proven track record in another face-to-face sales environment, if you have the drive and personality to succeed, we’d like to meet you.

Why FOW?

At FOW Car Supermarket, we’ve proudly served customers across the Northwest for over 67 years. As the region’s largest independent used car supersite, our name is trusted by thousands. We offer unbeatable value, a huge choice of vehicles, and a seamless car-buying experience.

We’re a family-owned, independent motor retailer built around integrity, trust, transparency and doing the right thing for our customers.

Our Winsford dealership is a major used car operation, selling 750+ vehicles every month. That means you’ll be joining an established sales environment with a strong customer base, quality enquiries and plenty of opportunities to sell.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
