At Vertu BYD Worcester, we're looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our high-performing team. What We Offer
- Basic salary of £27,000
- Realistic OTE of £45,000+, with uncapped earning potential
- 40-hour working week across five 8-hour shifts

About The Role
As a Used Car Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to handover. You'll build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through every stage of their vehicle purchase journey.

What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 12 months' experience as an Automotive Sales Executive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of the sales rota
- A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)

You will need to have a full UK driving license to be considered for this role. If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us.
