As a Used Car Sales Executive
You will play a key role in delivering a smooth, confident buying experience for customers exploring approved used vehicles. This role is focused on building trust, understanding customer needs, and helping buyers make informed decisions while contributing to a high-performing sales team. You will work closely with customers throughout the sales journey and help turn interest into lasting customer relationships.

Hours - 40
Salary - £27,010 plus OTE Bonus plus company car
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the used car buying journey from enquiry to handover.
- Showcase vehicle features and match suitable used cars to customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing, finance, and part-exchange deals to close sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads promptly.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally within automotive retail.
- Experience meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets in a dealership showroom sales environment.
- Hands-on experience negotiating and closing sales in a customer-facing setting.
- Practical experience handling both finance and part-exchange deals.
- Experience using a dealership CRM to manage customer and sales activity accurately.
- Holds a valid UK driving licence.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
