Role Description
This full-time, on-site Used Car Sales Executive role is based in Mallusk. The role involves welcoming and engaging customers in the showroom, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the selection of suitable used vehicles. The Used Car Sales Executive will manage the full sales process, from presenting vehicles and arranging test drives to preparing quotations, supporting finance and insurance options, and completing all documentation accurately.

- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
- Ensuring vehicles are presented to a high standard
- Following up leads and enquiries
- Building long-term relationships with customers
The role also requires close collaboration with colleagues across sales, aftersales, and administration to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive or retail sales, with strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs, present suitable vehicle options, and explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
- Competence in handling sales administration, including documentation, compliance processes, and use of dealership IT systems.
- Comfortable discussing finance, insurance, and additional products in a transparent and ethical manner.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- Motivated by achieving targets, able to manage time effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and the ability to safely conduct test drives.
- Previous experience in the motor trade and knowledge of Ford vehicles or multi-brand used car operations is an advantage.
