We are currently recruiting an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our successful team at Vertu Waltham Cross.

About The Role
As Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
You will manage the entire used vehicle sales operation, ensuring a structured and customer-focused sales process is followed at all times. Working closely with Sales Executives and Business Managers, you will coach, develop and inspire your team to maximise vehicle sales, finance penetration and additional product performance while maintaining excellent compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team
- Driving used vehicle sales, profitability and departmental performance
- Managing stock presentation, pricing and vehicle turnaround
- Maximising finance and insurance opportunities through ethical selling
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey
- Monitoring performance through robust management and regular coaching
- Supporting and delivering sales campaigns, promotions and dealership objectives
- Maintaining the highest standards of compliance and operational excellence

About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Previous experience as a Used Car Sales Manager, Sales Manager or similar leadership role within a franchised automotive retailer
- A strong track record of delivering sales and profit growth within a used vehicle environment
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful sales teams
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyse and improve performance
- A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- A full UK driving licence
