Sales Executive – Prestige Automotive Dealership
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £Basic + Uncapped Commission OTE £60k+++
Job Type: Full-Time

If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join Integrity Automotive, a family-owned prestige car dealership known for its exceptional customer experience and high-quality vehicles.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for selling prestige vehicles, providing a first-class buying experience, and maximising opportunities to upsell additional products such as extended warranties, paint protection, and finance packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client relationships.
- Maximising every sales opportunity through professional upselling of add-on products.
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
- Achieving and exceeding sales and upsell targets.
- Maintaining in-depth product knowledge to provide expert advice.
- Handling finance applications and explaining funding options.
- Managing follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in automotive sales or a strong background in high-value sales.
- Previous experience in selling add-on products such as warranties, finance, or insurance.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering five-star service.
- A driven and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence.
