Job Overview
Support the Used Cars team in developing and implementing BMW and MINI Used Car strategic projects. These projects will increase profitability and volume opportunities for Retailers and support the Used Car Team in developing and implementing the BMW Group Used Car Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support the analysis, development and implementation of the BMW Group Used Car strategy to ensure it is sustainable, profitable and engaging to Retailers and Customers.
- Assist with organisation, prioritisation and management of BMW Group Used Car key projects to increase opportunities for Retailer Growth.
- Research industry and competitor trends along with analysing internal programmes and data to provide Used Car Team with insights and considerations for future initiatives.
- Support Used Car Development Manager with raising and reconciling operational budgets to fund projects and suppliers.
- Support with evaluating and developing Used Car programmes such as Audits, Mystery Shops, AUC standards and many more exciting projects to come.
- An opportunity to work with other departments across the BMW Group business and understand the full scope of a global vehicle manufacturer.

Requirements
- Currently Studying an undergraduate degree with predicted grade of 2:1 and above
- Analytical mind
- Great communicator, both verbally and written communication
- Good numerical skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Quick learner who is eager to get stuck into all tasks
- Proficient in using Microsoft programmes such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word
