Alltruck 2 Manager | Not the Finished Article? Perfect.
You don’t need to be the finished article. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity, and hunger to learn — someone we can develop into a standout performer in the role. As our Alltruck 2 Manager, you’ll step into a hands-on role where you’ll learn how to take de-fleeted commercial vehicles, market them effectively, position them confidently, and sell them successfully. We’re not expecting perfection on day one — we’re looking for potential, drive, and someone ready to grow into the opportunity.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the full de-fleet sales journey from vehicle intake to final handover
- Making sure vehicles are sold within 3 months and turned into maximum return
- Creating strong, value-led marketing that shows off each vehicle’s spec and benefits
- Selling directly to end users and trade buyers with confidence and credibility
- Researching the market, reading pricing trends, and spotting commercial opportunities
- Leading by example and helping drive performance across a small team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
