About the Role
As a UAT Tester, you'll play a vital role in ensuring digital solutions meet business requirements and are ready for release. Working closely with stakeholders, business users and delivery teams, you'll plan, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing across a range of high-profile government programmes.
You'll be responsible for creating and executing UAT test scenarios, managing defects, supporting business users throughout testing, and helping to ensure solutions are delivered to the highest standards before go-live.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience as a UAT Tester or User Acceptance Test Analyst.
- Experience delivering User Acceptance Testing within UK Central Government.
- A strong understanding of the full UAT lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
- Experience creating and executing UAT test cases and test scenarios.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working on UK Central Government projects.
- Eligible to obtain BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance.
- Right to work in the UK.
- UK-based and able to work remotely.
