User Acquisition Lead
About the Role
This is a unique chance to own the paid launch of a video-first PropTech app, joining as User Acquisition Lead ahead of its January 2027 consumer launch in London.
The business is reinventing how people search for property. Renters and buyers scroll a personalised feed of video walkthroughs instead of static listings. It has £2m of seed funding from a multi-billionaire property magnate, with further investment from industry figures imminent, and dozens of agents are already signed.
As the first in-house paid media hire, you'll own how the app reaches and converts its first users. You'll work closely with the founders and a former worldwide media and marketing executive. Few marketers get to launch a consumer brand from scratch, and for the right person this is that opportunity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Put paid behind organic content that is already performing, and own paid UGC and influencer activity.
