Golazo: Football Game
Golazo: Football Game is the #1 sports game on the UK App Store. You spin, you draft your XI from real squads, you find out how far your team goes, and then you argue about it with your mates. We launched this summer, we are a team of three founders, and over 200,000 football fans in the UK and the US are already playing.
We have moved from "does it work?" to "how far can it go?". Paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok is our main growth engine, the numbers work, and we now need a specialist to scale it properly. That is where you come in.
The Role
You will own paid user acquisition on Meta and TikTok, end to end, as an independent contractor working directly with the founders. Real budgets from day one.

What You Will Do
- Run and scale our Meta and TikTok campaigns in the UK and the US: structure, budgets, bidding, daily optimisation.
- Build a proper creative testing system: a steady flow of new concepts every week, clear kill and scale rules.
- Optimise on what matters.
- Open new markets and channels when the numbers say so.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on media buying for mobile apps or games on Meta and TikTok, with budgets of $200k+ per month that you managed yourself.
- A track record of scaling iOS campaigns after ATT. SKAN, AEM and MMPs (we use Adjust) hold no mystery for you.
- Experience with subscription or hybrid monetisation, and with optimising towards down-funnel events.
- A real creative eye. You can tell in ten seconds why a hook works, and you can write a brief a creator will enjoy reading.
- Strong analytical habits: cohorts, marginal ROAS, creative fatigue.
- Fluent English. Loving football is a big plus.
