Paid Acquisition Lead — £80-105k – Consumer Mobile App (Gaming) - On site (5 days, London)
A fast-growing mobile gaming company is building a new category between social video and gaming. They are backed by top tier tech investors and their app is already live on the App Store & is one of the fastest growing gaming startups in Europe.
They are now building their London team and are looking for a Paid Acquisition Lead to own audience, messaging and acquisition testing as they scale.
This is a full-time, permanent role, remote until October 2026 and then 5 days per week in their central London office.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the paid acquisition testing strategy across Meta, TikTok and Google.
- Identify and research new audiences/ICPs and develop the messaging and creative approach for each.
- Launch and manage acquisition tests alongside the media buying and creative teams.
- Analyse campaign and cohort data to determine which audiences and tests to scale or stop.
- Build a repeatable weekly process for hypothesis, testing, learning and iteration.
- Own paid acquisition budgets and use performance data to guide future investment.

Required Experience
- 3–6 years’ in-house consumer mobile user acquisition (UA)/growth experience,
- Experience personally managing $50k+/month in paid acquisition spend, with genuine gaming experience and hands-on ownership of at least one acquisition channel from scratch.
- Candidates who have only worked agency-side or at large, established brands without direct budget ownership are not the right fit.
