User Acquisition Manager (Meta, New Project) - United Kingdom

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Meta, New Project) based in United Kingdom.

This is a hands-on growth role with full ownership of Meta as a core acquisition channel for a new AI-powered EdTech product.

  • You’ll manage significant paid media budgets while optimizing toward sustainable ROAS, LTV, and scalable growth.
  • The role combines campaign execution, experimentation, funnel optimization, and performance analysis in an automation-first environment.
  • You’ll work closely with product and creative teams to test new concepts, improve conversion, and identify high-potential growth levers.
  • Beyond managing campaigns, you’ll help refine the systems and automation that enable user acquisition to operate efficiently at scale.
  • The environment is global, remote, fast-moving, and highly focused on measurable performance and continuous experimentation.

This is an opportunity for an experienced UA professional to have direct impact on a new product’s growth trajectory.

Accountabilities:

  • Own Meta Ads acquisition end-to-end, from campaign setup and structure through ongoing optimization and scaling.
  • Manage significant monthly paid social budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, LTV, acquisition efficiency, and sustainable growth.
  • Develop, launch, test, and scale campaign structures and acquisition strategies based on performance data.
  • Work hands-on within advertising accounts to monitor performance, identify issues, and implement optimization opportunities.
  • Operate and contribute to the evolution of UA automation systems, campaign logic, and performance processes.
  • Design structured testing frameworks covering audiences, campaigns, creatives, funnels, and acquisition strategies.
  • Partner with product and creative teams to develop and execute creative and funnel experiments.
  • Analyze performance data to identify scalable growth opportunities and translate findings into actionable initiatives.
  • Maintain clear documentation covering campaign logic, testing approaches, processes, and optimization frameworks.
  • During the first three months, take full ownership of Meta performance, build deep knowledge of the product funnels and metrics, independently optimize campaigns, identify scaling opportunities, and contribute improvements to automation and campaign structures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
