About the Role

You’ll be the decision-maker overseeing the full implementation journey for a portfolio of accounts. From activation to sustained adoption, you’ll ensure every project runs smoothly, driving engagement and mitigating risks before they escalate.

Why it matters: By perfecting adoption strategies, we help turn every Beam deployment into a success story—faster access to tools, better support for frontline workers, and more meaningful impact where they matter most.

Responsibilities

Own Implementation End-to-End

  • Take accounts from activation all the way through to sustained adoption.
  • Run structured onboarding and implementation programs, hitting milestones and keeping timelines on track.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users, stakeholders, and project managers throughout the process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who combines the natural ability to lead with warmth with a methodical approach to execution.

  • Natural Facilitator – Teach technology confidently and make it feel accessible to those who initially felt indifferent or hesitant. Bring energy to every session, ensuring repeat groups stay engaged.
  • Structured Project Manager – Own timelines, milestones, and risk management across multiple concurrent implementations without compromising quality.
  • Empathetic and Patient – Recognise and overcome the unique challenges faced by frontline workers, simplifying complexity without belittling their expertise.
  • Data-Driven – Comfortably interpret usage data and implementation dashboards, letting them guide focus and optimisation efforts.
  • Adaptive and Organised – Handle multiple priorities, prioritise effectively, and guide users calmly through unexpected shifts until goals are met.
  • Mission-Driven – You care about who uses the product (the impact it delivers for people in front of them) as much as the product itself.
