At Sweatcoin, we’re on a mission to make the world more active - healthier and wealthier along the way. As the leading app that turns steps into rewards, we’ve inspired 200M+ downloads and helped users walk over 23 trillion steps.

About the role:

We’re scaling our Digital Obesity and Lifestyle Support Programme (DOLSP), built with one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. It supports people living with obesity through education, behaviour change, physical activity and rewards, and helps eligible users navigate towards appropriate obesity care through our healthcare partners.

You’ll own lifecycle engagement for the programme: who enters each journey, what they need at every stage, when to reach them, and what moves them towards the next meaningful action. You’ll sit in the User Engagement team (Growth), report to our User Engagement Lead, and work closely with Product, Analytics, Medical, Legal and Compliance, as well as our healthcare partners. Around 80% of your time is DOLSP; the other 20% supports lifecycle work across the core Sweatcoin app.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
