UX Analyst
Salary: £32,616–£33,855
Location: Swindon, UK
Working Arrangement: Hybrid, with flexible working options
Contract: Fixed-term until March 2029
Hours: Full-time
Overview
Our client, a public heritage organisation, is seeking a UX Analyst to turn user behaviour data into actionable insights that improve digital products and experiences.
Working within a multidisciplinary digital team, you will configure analytics tracking, measure product and feature performance, monitor accessibility and develop reports and visualisations that support evidence-led product decisions. You will also contribute UX research and help colleagues make effective use of analytical data.
Responsibilities
- Gather and interpret data on user interactions across digital channels.
- Define, implement, measure and analyse digital performance metrics.
- Configure analytics tracking and monitor the performance of digital products and features.
- Produce clear reports and data visualisations that provide actionable UX insights.
- Measure digital accessibility against WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with developers, designers, marketing and digital colleagues.
- Use research and analytics to support user-centred product development.
- Help colleagues develop their understanding and use of analytical data.

Requirements
- Experience configuring analytics tracking, producing reports and visualisations, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights for digital products.
- Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, including with developers and designers.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 Level AA web accessibility guidelines.
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4 or similar.
- Experience developing colleagues' skills in using and understanding analytical data.
- Experience conducting UX research within a user-centred design process.
