As a User Experience Design Coordinator, Senior Associate, you will report to the Web Content Lead and play a key role in supporting Vanguard’s European digital presence. You will bring web content, UX, localisation and digital best-practice expertise to help maintain, optimise and evolve our public-facing websites across European markets. Key responsibilities

Website content management and delivery

  • Manage the build and implementation of web pages, landing pages and campaign content using enterprise content management systems, incorporating imagery, video, forms and other digital content requirements

UX, optimisation and quality assurance

  • Identify opportunities to improve website journeys, content presentation and user experience across European markets
  • Complete QA checks for new and updated website content, landing pages and site enhancements, ensuring issues are identified, tracked and resolved
  • Work with accessibility specialists and QA tools to identify and remedy content-related accessibility issues, such as missing alt text or broken links

Stakeholder collaboration and project support

  • Operate as the website subject matter expert, guiding and advising internal customers on digital best practices as appropriate
  • Support sprint ceremonies and project delivery where content management activity forms part of larger digital initiatives
  • Draft clear requirements for website bugs, enhancements and new features, working with product owners to support prioritisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
