UI/UX Designer - Design the product experience and customer journey for an AI-native litigation platform

EMPLOYMENT: Full-time
LOCATION: London
WORK PATTERN: 4 days in office
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years
COMPENSATION: £45,000-55,000 annual plus shares

About Litmas AI

Litmas AI is building an agentic litigation platform that helps law firms handle complex litigation work, including legal research, drafting, evidence analysis, and case preparation. We are creating software for demanding professional workflows where clarity, trust, and quality matter.

The role

We are looking for a multidisciplinary UI/UX Designer to shape both the core application experience and the customer journey around it. You will turn complex B2B AI workflows into products that feel simple, intuitive, and trustworthy, while also designing marketing journeys and landing pages that explain the product clearly and convert interest into action.

This is a high-ownership role. You will work closely with the founders, engineering, and go-to-market teams, speak directly with litigation attorneys, and take work from early discovery through production.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end UX and UI design for the Litmas AI web application, from problem discovery and user flows through prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and implementation review.
  • Conduct user research and workflow discovery with litigation attorneys and internal teams.
  • Translate complex, data-heavy, and AI-enabled workflows into clear product experiences that support confidence, review, and control.
  • Build and evolve a consistent design system and reusable component patterns.
  • Design marketing journeys, landing pages, product pages, and conversion-focused web experiences.
  • Partner with the go-to-market team on launches and campaigns, ensuring the brand and product story are expressed clearly across customer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with engineers during implementation, maintaining a high bar for usability, visual quality, and detail.
  • Use customer feedback and product data to iterate quickly and improve the experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
