Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience working with or alongside development teams, particularly in cross-platform environments (Flutter experience is a plus)
- Ability to translate client requirements and user research into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage feedback and iterate designs efficiently
- Familiarity with backend infrastructure, AI integrations, and app deployment processes is advantageous
- Agencies and individual designers welcome; must be able to commit to ongoing, milestone-based projects
- Availability for remote collaboration and timely project delivery
