Lead UX / Product Designer

📍 Remote (UK), with occasional travel to the Sheffield office

My client is a Sheffield digital agency that designs and builds complex digital platforms solving real business problems, from enterprise websites to digital services and integrated platforms where UX, technology and commercial outcomes all have to work together.

They’re looking for a contract Lead UX / Product Designer to own the experience end to end, from discovery and research through to detailed UX and interface design. You’ll enjoy getting underneath a problem: understanding users, challenging assumptions and turning complex requirements into simple, intuitive experiences.

  • Lead the UX and design process across a range of client projects
  • Run discovery workshops and present UX recommendations to clients
  • Design hands-on in Figma, from early concepts to detailed interfaces
  • Work closely with clients, developers, project teams and senior stakeholders
  • Create experiences that are useful, usable, accessible and commercially effective
