Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and other designers to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. You will be involved throughout the design lifecycle, from understanding user needs and defining user flows to creating prototypes, validating designs, and supporting implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and visually engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.

  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, consistent, and aligned with brand and product standards.
  • Use generative AI and AI-assisted design tools to support ideation, content creation, prototyping, design exploration, and workflow automation.
  • Review and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, usability, accessibility, originality, security, and brand consistency.
  • Stay current with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, technologies, and AI-enabled design practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes, standards, and collaboration practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
