UX Designer
Location: London – 3 Days a week in Canary Wharf Office.
Immediate Starters needed.
About the Role
Harrington Starr is collaborating with a Global Financial Services AI-focused company that specializes in building AI workflows for their Investment Banking clients. Due to the recent onboarding of new clients, they are now seeking to hire a UX Designer with experience in sketching out webpages using WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
Responsibilities
- You will be working directly with a Senior UX/UI Engineer and will be taking requirements directly from the clients to mock up and design webpages to spec.
- Experience in using Claude Code and other AI-assisted tools to design new User Experience webpages with a focus on WCAG 2.2 AA standards is required.

Key Technical Skills
- Usability research and heuristic reviews on complex business software.
- Planning and running your own research with UX Design.
- Fluency in information architecture, and a working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Taking full ownership of UX Design from the client specs and requirements.
- Working in Claude every day, across Chat, Cowork, and Code. Prior Claude experience is not required. Fluency with AI tools is essential.
