We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of AI-powered experiences within a large, regulated organisation.

This is not a traditional UX role focused on design systems or incremental product improvements. Instead, you'll be helping define how emerging AI capabilities are experienced by customers, creating intuitive interaction patterns, conversational journeys and new ways for users to engage with AI within a consumer mobile app.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in ambiguity, exploring new problem spaces and helping shape products where established patterns don't yet exist.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Defining end-to-end AI-powered customer experiences within a consumer mobile application
  • Designing intuitive interaction patterns for conversational and AI-driven experiences
  • Exploring how customers discover, access and move between multiple AI capabilities and agents
  • Creating prototypes and concepts to test ideas, validate assumptions and influence product direction
  • Translating complex propositions into simple, intuitive user experiences
  • Working closely with Product, Engineering, Research and Design stakeholders
  • Balancing long-term experience vision with practical, deliverable UX solutions
  • Helping establish new interaction models for emerging technologies

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
