UX Designer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as UX Designer working in Leeds as part of our Creative team.

Salary: Competitive salary + excellent benefits package

Role Overview

The UX Designer will help build on our UX approach. Working in close, day-to-day partnership with our CRO team, and lending capacity to other channels such as CRM and Marketing. Creating an effortless and seamless customer experience.

You'll inherit an established design system built in Figma, and your job is to build on it, keeping our visual language consistent and coherent as we develop our customer journeys.

This is a hands-on role for someone who's as comfortable interpreting UX / behavioural data to inform test-ready designs.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and iterate across key user journeys, creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
  • Work within and extend our existing Figma design system, keeping our visual language consistent across every channel
  • Partner with the CRO Manager to design and iterate across our CRO roadmap from wireframe through to build-ready designs
  • Translate customer insights and business requirements into clear, user-centred design solutions
  • Collaborate with the Lead Creative Designer and wider Creative team to maintain a strong, unified brand experience across conversion-led design work
  • Also working independently to explore and ideate new design concepts, testing alternative directions where the data suggests an opportunity, then feeding validated ideas back into the brand system
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies where relevant (e.g. UX/creative agencies) to brief and review work
  • Lend design capacity to other channels such as CRM and Marketing, applying the same design system and standards across every touchpoint
  • Manage and track your work through Linear, our team's project management tool
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design standards in every project
  • Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders across Creative, Ecom and CRM

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
