About Vaultt
Vaultt is the platform where the next generation learn and create. We've reached 16,000+ students and graduates in six months, all building projects, side hustles and real work. We're on a mission to help the next generation get seen and get ahead by what they can actually do. Now we're levelling up the product, and we need an upcoming designer to help us make it a place young builders genuinely love to use.
The Project
This is a one-off project to redesign and elevate the UI/UX of the Vaultt platform (web and app), with a clear route to ongoing work as we grow. You'll take our current experience and make it sharper, more intuitive and more engaging, designing flows that get users building, completing their profiles, and coming back.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
