UX Designer - 5 month FTC

Up to £50,000 basic
3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Based in West London

We’re working with a fast-growing international B2B organisation to find an experienced UX Designer to help shape the next generation of digital experiences across a complex, multi-platform ecosystem.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving genuine user problems, simplifying complicated journeys and creating intuitive, connected experiences at scale.

The role

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end experience across a range of digital products and customer touchpoints, from websites and registration journeys through to mobile applications, onsite technology and internal platforms.

You’ll be responsible for bringing consistency and clarity to the user experience, identifying friction points and designing journeys that feel simple, personalised and genuinely useful.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define and design end-to-end customer and user experiences across multiple digital touchpoints
  • Create cohesive UX across a range of products and platforms
  • Improve registration and conversion journeys
  • Develop personalisation strategies for different audiences
  • Create customer journey maps and service blueprints
  • Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
  • Conduct user research, usability testing and feedback sessions
  • Balance user needs with commercial objectives and technical constraints
  • Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing and Operations teams
  • Champion accessibility, inclusive design and UX best practice
  • Help evolve design systems and standards to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Influence UX strategy and contribute to the wider digital product roadmap

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Nice to have

  • Experience within events, SaaS, marketplaces or large-scale consumer platforms would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of CRM, registration, identity management or app-based platforms would also be useful.

Why this role?

This is a chance to join an established, international organisation at an exciting point in its digital evolution, where UX is becoming increasingly central to how customers interact with the business.

You’ll have genuine scope to influence the experience, work across a broad digital ecosystem and make a visible impact rather than simply designing within a single product.
