Job Title: UX Design Lead

Overview
We're looking for a seasoned Design Lead to drive strategic, enterprise-scale design initiatives for a flagship client engagement. The ideal candidate brings a self-driven mindset, strong design acumen, and the ability to translate opportunities into scalable outcomes through Human-Centered, AI-enabled thinking and trusted stakeholder partnerships. Equally comfortable shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves, the candidate should lead by example, contribute hands-on when needed, and help scale a future-ready global design capability.
What You'll Drive
- Drive strategic, client-facing design engagements across enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Shape opportunities proactively through PoCs, PoVs, and scalable design solutions.
- Champion Human-Centered, AI-enabled, and system-led design practices across teams.
- Establish and scale Human-Centered Design CoEs using Core & Flex team models aligned to business needs.
- Lead globally distributed multidisciplinary teams, scaling capacity through effective ramp-up and ramp-down planning.
- Influence senior stakeholders through compelling storytelling, facilitation, and executive communication.
- Define scalable frameworks, governance models, and reusable assets that improve quality and velocity.
- Partner with business, engineering, delivery, and upstream strategy teams to drive measurable business outcomes at scale.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution in Design, Human Factors, HCI, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale, client-facing Design or Service Design engagements.
- Proven experience establishing or scaling Human-Centered Design capabilities and operating models across geographies.
- Demonstrated experience leading distributed teams, managing capacity planning, and aligning talent with evolving business priorities.
- Strong expertise in Human-Centered Design, Service Design, Design Strategy, Design Systems, systems thinking, and AI-enabled design practices.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work effectively with upstream transformation teams.
