Lead UX Designer | London/Hybrid | Up to £115,000 + Stock
You'll join a high-growth FinTech that's transforming a complex, manual industry through automation and cutting-edge technology.
The business has built an established platform used by major players across its market and is now entering an exciting phase of international growth and expansion.

What do you need?
- Strong UX/UI experience within enterprise or B2B software
- Experience managing and hiring designers
- Confidence working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
- Technical curiosity and comfort working closely with engineers
- A love of ambiguity and bringing structure and clarity to complex problems
