The organisation is undertaking a programme to improve the end-to-end customer experience of ordering and paying for essential services and transactions across its global membership base. This is a complex, high-impact project involving international users, payment journeys and diverse stakeholder requirements.

We are seeking a highly organised Mixed-Methods UX Researcher with a strong qualitative focus, who can confidently manage stakeholders, prioritise research activities and turn complex insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mixed-method UX research, with a strong emphasis on qualitative methodologies.
  • Research and improve complex end-to-end customer journeys, particularly ordering, payments and transactional services.
  • Identify user pain points across global markets, understanding regional differences and diverse customer needs.
  • Independently plan, prioritise and execute research activities aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, discovery research and journey mapping.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Designers, Business Analysts and technical specialists within agile delivery teams.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product and service decisions.
  • Manage senior stakeholders, communicate research outcomes effectively and challenge assumptions where necessary.
  • Support service design activities, including customer journey maps, service blueprints and experience improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
