User Experience Researcher and Designer
We’re looking for a user experience researcher and designer. You’ll be someone who can plan and design research with users. You’ll be able to find out what people need when using police services.
You’ll be part of a team of content designers, service designers, communications, and developers.
This is an opportunity to work on:

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, recruit, and conduct user interviews, workshops, and testing
- Analyse research data to identify user pain points, patterns, and opportunities
- Translate research findings into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Work in a multidisciplinary team
- Take complex services and create clear user journeys
- Use accessibility standards and best practice
