Senior UX Researcher

12-Month Contract

£500-£530/day (Inside IR35)

Remote - Occasional travel to London

A prestigious international professional services organisation is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join the team building and evaluating its GenAI products. This is a 12-month engagement, embedded within a GenAI product team and working alongside product owners, engineers, and enablement leads, with connections into a wider design research community.

This is a senior, strategic role. You will lead end-to-end research across GenAI tools and features, shape product roadmap decisions, and translate insight into recommendations that inform partnership strategy and the business case for continued investment. There is scope to influence discussions with major external AI partners and to help evolve the frameworks used to benchmark and select best-in-class GenAI tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
