User Interface Designer
London. On site. Full time.
Phenome Longevity is a precision health company. We run multiomics laboratories, longevity clinics, wearables, and a digital platform that connects them. The interface is what our clients use, and it determines whether the science behind it reaches them.
We are hiring a User Interface Designer to work on site in London, directly with our directors, alongside product, engineering, and research.
The Role
A significant part of this role is ownership of the Phenome Shopify storefront, covering both design and build: theme customisation, Liquid templates, section and block architecture, product pages, and checkout flow.
Alongside this you will design the interfaces across our web and mobile products, including user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and interaction patterns, and maintain the design system, UI libraries, and design documentation the rest of the team works from.
All work is mobile first, designed for the smallest viewport and scaled upward, with clear visual and information hierarchy on every screen.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
