Active SC clearance – essential

SR2 is recruiting for an experienced User Researcher to join a multidisciplinary digital team delivering user-centred services within a high-profile UK Government programme. You'll play a key role in shaping digital products by ensuring user needs remain at the heart of service design and delivery. Due to the secure nature of this work and the fast turn around required, applicants must already have active SC clearance - unfortunately we cannot put you through this if you do not already have it.

Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers and Delivery Managers, you'll plan and deliver a range of qualitative and quantitative research activities across the service lifecycle. You'll identify user behaviours, pain points and opportunities, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights that influence design decisions, product backlogs and future service improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
