3 x User Researchers – SC Cleared

Location: Leeds
Working Pattern: 1–2 days onsite per month
Rate: £550–£575 per day
IR35: Inside IR35
Clearance: Active SC Clearance essential

Contract: Contract opportunity

We are currently looking for 3 experienced User Researchers to join a leading consultancy working on a major Government / Public Sector programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for User Researchers with a strong background in public sector or government digital services, who are confident delivering research that informs and improves user-centred products and services.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a User Researcher.
  • Strong experience within Government or the wider Public Sector.
  • Active SC Clearance is essential.
  • Experience planning and conducting qualitative and/or quantitative user research.
  • Ability to turn research findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary Agile teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with UX, Content, Product and Service Design teams.
  • Ability to attend the Leeds office 1–2 days per month.
