3 x User Researchers – SC Cleared
Location: Leeds
Working Pattern: 1–2 days onsite per month
Rate: £550–£575 per day
IR35: Inside IR35
Clearance: Active SC Clearance essential

We are currently looking for 3 experienced User Researchers to join a leading consultancy working on a major Government / Public Sector programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for User Researchers with a strong background in public sector or government digital services, who are confident delivering research that informs and improves user-centred products and services.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience working as a User Researcher.
- Strong experience within Government or the wider Public Sector.
- Active SC Clearance is essential.
- Experience planning and conducting qualitative and/or quantitative user research.
- Ability to turn research findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary Agile teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with UX, Content, Product and Service Design teams.
- Ability to attend the Leeds office 1–2 days per month.

- Rate: £550–£575 per day
