About the Role
My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow providing a flexi working model (option of remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site visits when required).
We are looking for multiple User/UX Researcher Consultants (Mid & Senior level) to join a rapidly growing team, working across multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors (among others).
Consultant Level
- Budget: up to £55000 + 10% pension + 25 days annual leave (buy or sell up to 5 additional days) + flexi working

- Budget: up to £70000 + disc bonus + 10% pension + 25 days annual leave (buy or sell up to 5 additional days) + flexi working
Primary Skills and Experience Required
- Must be eligible for SC Clearance
- Hands-on experience of leading user research, using behavioural and attitudinal methods and knowing when to apply them appropriately.
- Experience across multiple phases of a product or service lifecycle, from discovery and exploration through to design and delivery.
- Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards, using GDS design principles
- Strong storytelling, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary, agile teams where you’ve led the user research and influenced the design of a product or service through the insights you’ve gathered.
- Familiarity with using prototypes to test hypotheses, assumptions and validate user journeys.
- Understanding of a range of tools and practices for in-person and remote research.
