About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented USP Assembly & Test Operative to join our Operations team. This is a hands-on role focused on the assembly, testing and kitting of USP panels and systems, ensuring products are built to the highest standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing
As a USP Assembly & Test Operative, you will:
- Assemble, test and kit USP panels and systems in accordance with job cards and design specifications.
- Prepare completed USP systems for dispatch.
- Support wider production activities including material handling, equipment operation, saw work and boxing tasks.
- Follow production schedules and ensure all production orders are completed to agreed deadlines.
- Work safely at all times, adhering to company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with quality assurance and quality control activities across manufacturing operations.
- Support annual stock take activities.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and complete end-of-shift checks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the production environment.
- As business demands change, you may also be required to support the assembly of other product lines, including ICCP, MGPS and anode systems.

- Basic mechanical, electrical and electronic skills.
