What you'll do
This role is a FTC 14 Months
Reporting to the Utilisation and Mobility Team Leader, you'll play a key role in managing one of our most prestigious customer accounts, supporting vehicle replacement programmes and helping to deliver our growing electric van fleet. Working as part of a small collaborative team, you'll ensure vehicles are allocated, prepared and delivered efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, with Week 1: 08:00 - 16:30 and Week 2: 09:00 - 17:30. A minimum of 50% is required on-site at our Trowbridge office.
You'll Also
- Manage and coordinate vehicle hires and off-hires for our customer.
- Ensure vehicles are fitted with the correct specifications, equipment and tools.
- Arrange vehicle refurbishments and coordinate transport bookings.
- Allocate vehicles, manage fuel cards and support the Electric Vehicle mailbox and phone lines.

A natural problem solver, you're confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and enjoy working collaboratively to find solutions. Most importantly, you'll bring a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support your team to achieve shared goals.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You
- Have excellent communication skills and can confidently engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Are IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and are always willing to support colleagues when needed.
- Can effectively prioritise your workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
