CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed term secondment for 12 months
HOURS OF WORK:
Mon- Fri, 42.5 hours per week.
Working either 06.00am - 14.30pm (early shift) or 08.00am - 16.30pm (late shift)
Subject to change with 1 operative on early shift and 1 operative on late shift
SALARY:
£634.95 per week plus £2210 yearly allowance. 4-weekly pay

A secondment opportunity has arisen for a utility operator within our team on the Nitram contract at CF Fertilisers.
The Utility Operator role is required to complete an in-depth daily stock take and a full stock audit at the end of each month and will assist CF QC by providing accurate accounting of finished goods. The role is responsible for carrying out daily counts of production shipments and internal transfers, maintaining stock inventories & meeting business/ compliance requirements is the primary role on a working day. The Utility Operator role is required to be trained in all aspects of operations to aid as and when required and expected to provide and maintain the highest levels of housekeeping in all operational areas.
Hargreaves Industrial Services provide a materials handling service to our client at CF Fertilisers in Stockton on Tees. We provide a service that covers the bagging, internal transport and loading of around 500,000 tonnes of Fertilisers per year.

The role briefly encompasses the following duties:
- 100% SOX compliance
- Average Wagon Loading Time of 30 minutes
- Bag Damage target of 0.50%
- Tracking shipments
- Maintaining reports
- Ensure outside stacks are inspected on a regular basis.
- Unloading, stacking & organising storage for empty bags
- Packing line and Dispatch daily duties
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/experience/ attributes:
- Complete knowledge of Stock duties (training will be given)
- Warehouse operations
- All Packing Operations
- All Dispatch Operations
- All Bulk Operations - R&T, Hopper, Limestone (training will be given)
- B2 Forklift Truck Licence
- Telehandler Licence (training will be given)
- HGV Shunter Licence (training will be given)
- Loading of outbound HGV's
- Completing paperwork
- Microsoft Office knowledge - Excel, word etc.
- Carrying out inspections and audits
- Joining in team briefings and safety meetings
- Excellent Housekeeping of all areas
- Competent in all operational areas to aid and improve teamwork
- Willing to learn new skills and undergo new training requirements
- Excellent paperwork and documentation skills
- Reliable and willing to be flexible
- Ability to think fast and adapt to quickly changing circumstances
- Good attitude, polite and good communicator
- A team player, able to work alongside others but also work alone
- Loading / Unloading empty bag pallets from Containers / wagons
- Delivering empty bag pallets to the packing line
- Unloading of site deliveries
- Removing and storing all pallets and skips
- Willingness to work overtime
- Provide cover for opposite number to cover holidays and stock controls
- Willingness to adapt and work in different areas such as packing and dispatch
