Regional Manager/ Utility SME
Location - London/ Edinburgh (hybrid)
The Regional Manager/SME will be responsible for the overall business, Accounts growth, delivery oversight, and customer relationship, of large utility industry programs across the assigned geography. The role involves leading multi-million-dollar portfolios, driving operational excellence, managing P&L, overseeing large cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer success in utility domains such as Power Generation, Transmission, Distribution, Renewables, Grid Modernization, ADMS, EMS, SCADA, and Digital Utility Transformation.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Minimum 10-25 years of experience in Utilities Grid Software (EMS, ADMS, DERMS, Grid Automation), business development, marketing, or a related field, with a focus on regional leadership.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Achieving Operational Excellence and Resource Management along with customer experience.
- Develop and Implement Regional Strategies: Create and execute regional business plans, Strategic plan aligned with the organization's global objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional leaders, customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals cutting across Services, Support and Engineering WS, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between regional teams, global HQ for Utilities, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Adhere to all Quality processes. Ability to be part of an on-call rotation for after business hour customer calls.
- Ability to travel to customer sites.
