Whether it's locating buried services on a construction site, supporting infrastructure projects, or helping clients manage risk, you know that accurate utility data is critical to every successful project.
At Lucion Survey, we're looking for a Utility Surveyor to join our team in Coventry. You'll work on a diverse range of projects using the latest detection and surveying technology, producing high-quality utility surveys that clients can rely on.

What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out accurate utility surveys across a wide range of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects
- Detecting and mapping underground utilities using GPR, electromagnetic locating equipment, and other modern survey technology
- Collecting, processing, and interpreting survey data to produce high-quality utility mapping and CAD deliverables
- Working with total stations, GNSS/GPS, and other surveying equipment where required
- Collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver surveys on time and to the highest technical standards
- Maintaining excellent standards of health & safety, quality, and technical accuracy

What You'll Bring
- Experience as a Utility Surveyor
- Confidence using GPR, CAT & Genny, electromagnetic locators, and other utility detection equipment
- Experience processing utility survey data and producing accurate CAD drawings
- A strong understanding of PAS 128 standards (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail with a quality-focused approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A full UK driving licence
