We are looking for an Offshore Utility Technician to join BW Offshore's Offshore FPSO - Catcher.
The position is part of the offshore Maintenance Team and reports to the Maintenance Superintendent.

- Monitor and maintain boiler water, feedwater, and cooling system quality in line with DREW recommendations and marine best practices
- Operate and maintain freshwater generators, Mitsubishi dual fuel boilers, and Low Pressure Steam Generator (LPSG) systems
- Maintain Wartsila W12V32 essential diesel engines and associated equipment
- Monitor and maintain engine room utility systems, including cooling, compressed air, lube oil, diesel oil, bilge, sludge, and sewage systems
- Plan and execute corrective and planned maintenance, logging work and spare parts usage in the CMMS (IFS)
- Prepare and manage Work Permits via the Electronic Permit to Work System (Enablon)
- Raise purchase requisitions and help maintain adequate spare parts stock for utility systems
- Coordinate with other departments on maintenance and operational activities within the engine room
- Ensure safe and effective management of vendors and contractors

Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Marine Engineer on Crude/Product Tankers with relevant marine systems.
- Alternatively, 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions on FPSOs or FSOs
- Training according to matrix requirements
Skills
- Good knowledge of Marine Boilers and Marine medium speed engines will be an advantage.
- Good inter-personal and communications skills.
