Why This Role Matters

This is a pivotal role supporting our O+O (Offline & Online) strategy, to shape the architecture of customer experiences across App, Mobile and Desktop for AS Watson Group. As a UX Architect in our Customer Experience team, you will use insight and knowledge to design the information architecture, navigation and personalisation frameworks that make customer journeys intuitive, scalable and commercially effective. Working across international markets, you will turn business strategy into clear experience frameworks that shape how millions of customers experience our brands so we can put a smile on our customers' faces today and tomorrow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and evolve the end-to-end experience architecture across App, Mobile and Desktop, creating scalable frameworks that work across multiple markets and brands.
  • Design and optimise customer journeys, navigation and interaction flows that balance customer needs with commercial objectives.
  • Translate business strategy, customer insight and market requirements into clear experience blueprints for product, design and development teams.
  • Act as the bridge between customer needs and technical implementation, providing architectural direction that reduces ambiguity and improves delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Customer Experience teams to validate solutions through testing, experimentation and data-led optimisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
