This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their UX career who wants to make a real impact while learning from experienced professionals in an established design community.

What you'll do

Working As Part Of a Collaborative Product Team, You'll Help Create Seamless Digital Experiences Used By Accounting Professionals Across The UK. You'll Be Involved In

  • Designing user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Supporting user research and usability testing
  • Turning customer insights into practical design solutions
  • Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA teams
  • Contributing to design systems and accessibility best practices
  • Helping improve customer experiences across multiple products

What we're looking for

We're interested in people who are passionate about UX and eager to learn. You'll ideally bring:

Essential

  • Understanding of UX design principles and user-centred design
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • A passion for creating exceptional user experiences

Nice to have

  • Experience with user research or usability testing
  • Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG guidelines
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Exposure to design systems
  • An online portfolio showcasing your work
  • An interest in business, finance, or software products
