Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service standards
- Familiarity with the latest retail technologies and trends (advantageous)
- Proactive approach, strategic thinking, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies, promotional activities, and merchandising plans to maximize revenue and market share.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements across all stores.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports for senior management, recommending improvements and strategic adjustments.
- Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams to optimize stock levels and reduce shrinkage.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.
